City Gym started as a small gym run by two brothers. Over the years we became a chain of 10 gyms all over the London city. We are extremely proud of our journey and team we gathered during these years.

Is this completely an online coaching?

Yes, it is completely an online coaching in which you will get total support through
WhatsApp.

I am an absolute beginner in doing the exercises, will this coaching be helpful for me?

Yes, You will be guided on each and everything from basic level in your fitness journey.

I am working out for many years, will this coaching still be helpful for me?

Yes, 100%. 30-40% of our clientele is well trained individuals and they still thrive on our
online transformation coaching.

Is there any limit on enrollment?

Yes, slots are limited with us because we focus on quality rather than quantity. Our aim is
to provide you the best possible service.

Is it necessary to have gym membership?

No, we can design a suitable home workout with available equipment for you. In the end,
it’s your choice to go to the gym or workout at home.

What if I am a pure vegetarian?

We will design a diet plan according to your food preferences and availability. We don’t
force anybody to eat any particular type of food.

Will I have to eat boiled and bland food?

No, not at all. All of our clients consume tasty food prepared at home with appropriate
amounts of spices in them. We dont believe in eating bland food as it is not sustainable.

Will I have to do an endless amount of cardio to lose weight?

No, we focus mainly on resistance training and we try to keep cardio workouts as
minimum as possible as per individual to support their goals.

Will I have to spend a big chunk of money on supplements(like BCAA, Glutamine, etc)?

We focus on completing your nutritional needs through whole foods mainly and we try to
keep the supplement usage to the bare minimum.

Will I be given any steroids or drugs?

No, not at all and we don’t recommend anyone to use them either.
